What does DreamInDior mean for you?

To me, DreamInDior means to be part of an iconic House that nurtures your dreams, where the boutiques you design become a dreamy space that comes to life. Architects are not only dreamers, but also doers, and seeing the creations you design come to life embodies both aspects of being an architect for Dior.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me most in my work is the attention to details. I am constantly thinking about volumes, textures, lighting, and all the aspects of a boutique to create a harmonious space. Finally seeing those thoughts and details concretized is incredibly fulfilling!

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior helps me grow on a daily basis by showing me that there is never an obstacle, but a creative challenge. By giving me responsibilities, my experience at Dior made me gain daily growth on a personal level to become more self-confident of all the dreams I can achieve.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

I am extremely lucky to be part of a wonderful team with creative people who are passionate about their work, especially my manager, Benoit Coulondres, whom I always rely on when faced with new challenges. He always manages to motivate me and bring me along to benefit from his expertise.

What did you learn from these challenges?

I feel incredibly grateful for the experience I’ve been given, but also for the challenges I faced. I learned that these challenges keep you motivated and push forward to do your best. You can always find the best solution by keeping a positive mindset, using your creativity and brainstorming with your team members.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

To be part of a team that values your hard work and recognizes your success is incredibly rewarding and is the best way to celebrate your achievements. It is that recognition that encourages you to always bring out your full potential.
