What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

To #DreamInDior means to make the magic of Dior accessible to all through beautiful in-store experiences and awe-inspiring window displays. What fascinates me about Dior is its power to make eyes sparkle, and as a part of the VM team, I am grateful to be doing my part in sharing the magic of the #DreamInDior experience.

What amazes you the most in your work?

Visual Merchandising holds the immense power of conveying the pillars and the identity of Dior in a physical experience. What amazes me most is the buzzing working environment, similar to a beehive, in which cooperation from each individual results in these amazing in-store experiences, like the launch of a new collection or the Christmas window displays.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior embodies so many values, and the one I have come to cherish most is the simple habit of finding beauty in the little things of every day. My experience at Dior has crystallized my ability to appreciate the magic in the details. It is also amazingly enriching to work with the Dior Baby team. I have learned how to be more crafty, creative, and think outside the box. The VM Image team is also an environment where innovation and personal initiatives are always welcome and encouraged, and I am endlessly grateful for that.

What did you learn from these challenges?

I have learned many valuable lessons throughout my experience. The challenges I have faced taught me the importance of personal initiative and proactivity. I realized how much an individual, with their subjectivity and particular past experiences, could bring to an organization, no matter how huge. My experience at Dior also taught me to trust myself. I have learned to build the confidence to take initiative, to push for innovation and to rely on myself in tougher moments.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

My team is always down for positive feedback, encouragements, and congratulations. And when for big successes… champagne!
