What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreaminDior represents, for me, the fulfillment of a dream and, above all, a goal that I had always set for myself, which today takes on its full meaning with my entry into the prestigious Dior house. The effort I have put in to get here is proof that nothing is impossible when you give yourself the means to achieve it. Living this experience is above all taking part in an educational and enriching adventure, both professionally and personally.

What amazes you the most in your work?

When I took up my duties as a VM Events Assistant, the most astonishing thing was to discover all the organization put in place behind an event: structuring, organizing, prioritizing tasks and missions, all while evolving in a meticulous, precise, and conscientious environment.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

My internship within the Dior house has been a very educational and enriching experience, which allowed me to develop my skills and also my knowledge about the luxury industry in general and the Dior house in particular.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

When I face difficulties, I know I can always count on Alicia Peres, Marie Nina Agostini, and Kristel Masure who support me daily. Their sharing of experience is of great help in my professional development, and I can only thank them for the trust they place in me.
