What does #DreamInDior mean for you ?

To #DreamInDior is most importantly to believe in yourself, as well as in the talented and fully committed people around you. It means embracing excellence as the foundation of my journey, and recognizing the immense value of the collaborators around me. #DreamInDior is about understanding the deep roots of this historical Maison, where its savoir-faire comes from, and how it is used to support creativity and innovation. In a forever changing environment, I can use this heritage as a guiding tool to craft my own distinctive journey.

What amazes you the most in your work ?

Working in events is magical because we get to create unforgettable and unique experiences for our Clients. We consistently challenge ourselves to not only meet but surpass our standards of excellence, perpetually reinventing our concepts and innovating for each collection or celebration. From collaborating with ingenuous suppliers, to food tastings, model castings, or purchasing furniture – every aspect of the event is meticulously crafted to make our Clients #DreamInDior.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis ?

Since the beginning of my Dior journey, I've been surrounded by a community of dedicated people who have consistently inspired me to step out of my comfort zone. Learning from them has given me the confidence to push myself further and take on more and more responsibilities. I have gained a lot of confidence, on both professional and personal levels, developing new skills, celebrating my achievements and discovering new aspects of my work. Dior is not just a workplace: it's my daily source of challenge and self-improvement.

What was the most challenging aspect of your experience and what did you learn from it?

Transitioning from the Paris Head Office to the regional Head Office in Dubai has been both rewarding and challenging. I have now enriched my internship experience with a new, localized perspective. Joining the Middle East team has shifted me into a more hands-on, operational role, which has allowed me to gain new professional skills. This experience has also taught me how our methods and projects are adapted to diverse countries and cultures, ensuring we consistently surpass the expectations of our local Clients.

When you face challenges during your experience, who do you rely on and why?

I am lucky to be surrounded by exceptional colleagues and mentors who consistently uplift me in various ways: whether it is by training me on a task, helping me achieve my goal, providing me with a small tip from their own experience. The guidance and support I've received from all my managers have been truly valuable, constantly motivating me to give my best effort each day. Whenever I find myself in doubt, I have the privilege of being able to turn to them, Julie, Souhaila, and Sara, who not only guide me in the right direction but also provide their complete support.
