Yesterday's knowledge sharing session given by Christophe, Florine and Hugo was on the basics of Prince 2. The evening was divided in two parts; First an insightful session on the fundamentals of the software for those new to it or those wanting a refresher, followed by practical exercices.
Next on the agenda, the team will dive into other hybrid methodologies such as Kanban, SCRUM-BAN, Six Sigma, CPM.
