I recently had the chance to spend a few days in Brussels with my team at Solvay’s headquarters.
Working in employer branding means telling the stories behind the work. Being there in person gave me a different perspective on that. Conversations are different when you’re sitting around the same table, exchanging ideas and learning from each other.
Moments like this are a good reminder that global teams are built through real connections.
