Duration: Flexible, year-round · 6–8 hrs/day, Monday–Friday

About the role

Join an award-winning program and turn sustainability theory into real impact. This is hands-on fieldwork across solar power, clean water, sanitation, composting, and tree/bamboo nurseries — paired with climate change advocacy and community education that builds long-term resilience. Practical, visible, community-led work where it counts.

What you'll do

Lead climate change advocacy — awareness campaigns, community outreach and grassroots engagement
Advocate for low-cost sanitation solutions (dry toilets, bio-filter systems)
Deliver household sustainability: solar, water purification and composting
Run community climate-education sessions, including in schools
Establish and maintain tree and bamboo nurseries, and lead planting drives
Support eco-tourism and conservation initiatives
Carry out thesis or research work linked to your studies (optional)
