LittleBig Connection is actively looking for a Sales Operations Officer to join our team in Spain.

This role sits at the heart of Sales performance and business structuring, supporting the optimization of processes, data and tools to accelerate our growth in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Following initial analysis phases, you will contribute to building recommendations and coordinating the implementation of initiatives across Sales and cross-functional teams.

Your LittleBig Responsibilities

  • Analyze Sales performance (pipeline, conversion, forecast) and build reporting (Excel / Power BI) to support business monitoring and decision-making
  • Contribute to the optimization of Sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Support CRM data quality and Revenue Operations initiatives
  • Participate in the implementation of tools, processes and best practices across Sales teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support execution of strategic initiatives

Your profile

  • Business school, engineering school or university background
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, business analysis or project management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in data and business performance
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to quickly understand complex environments and translate analysis into action
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
