Job Puropose :
The role will be to assist the Continuous Improvement Manager in creating the Training Content and monitoring our operational quality management.
Key Accountabilities :
- Contribute to gather and organize the training module that have been defined as a priority for FVL
- Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in implementing a Operational Quality Management in the countries
- Build and analyze the KPI to monitor our operational quality

Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Education & Qualifications : Bac +4/5 In Logistics or Engineer
- Experience : First experience in logistics
- Specialist knowledge & skills : Office – Lean Management and IA tools
- Interpersonal & Communication skills : English, Analytical skills, Relationship
