ABOUT SLB HR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT APPRENTICES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the coordination and implementation of early career learning and development programs.
- Assist employees in Europe and the Middle East with training and development needs.
- Collaborate with global training teams in Asia and the Americas to enhance the training offer and share best practices.
- Support the organization and follow‑up of training programs, including onboarding academies.
- Prepare and revise employment contracts for new hires in the Technology organization.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (recognition programs, project reviews, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in HR, training, or development (internship or apprenticeship).
- Interest in Learning & Development topics.
