THE MISSIONS :
Develop a future European specialist in China-based G&R operations. Strengthen alignment between China and Europe pricing & solution design. Improve cross‑regional communication and remove knowledge gaps. Support G&R China in building standardized global SOPs and BPE Function Enhancement:
- Product Learning & Benchmarking
- Pricing & Solution Design capability development
- Act as a communication bridge between China and Europe to support and promote G&R services.

- TCA and Kaizen

PROFILE :
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Interest in pricing, operations, and business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI
