This March, as we mark Employee Appreciation Day and International Women’s Day, we celebrate the power of giving to gain. When we give our time, encouragement, knowledge, or confidence, we help others move forward, and together, we build stronger workplaces, communities, and futures, without language ever being a barrier.

What can you give to help someone else gain?

And while you’re at it, take a moment to recognize someone who inspires you. A colleague, a mentor, a teammate. Appreciation matters, and it’s even more powerful when it’s shared.
