What surprised you the most when you started at GSK?

The cultural richness and how inclusion is lived every day. Everyone can express who they are without judgment. You immediately feel like a full member of a team working together for public health.

How would you describe your team's atmosphere?

Professional, yet genuinely supportive.
I never felt pressured. My manager guided me, challenged me constructively, and our weekly one‑hour meetings were meaningful moments to exchange ideas, clarify expectations, and continuously improve.

How has your learning evolved since the beginning?

My autonomy has grown significantly. I can now manage a project from A to Z, defining objectives, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering concrete results.

How has this apprenticeship shaped your career goals?

It completely changed my vision of work. It’s no longer just a way to earn a living; it’s a source of fulfillment and impact. I now seek meaningful missions where my skills contribute to projects that truly improve people’s lives.

What advice would you give to future interns or apprentices?

• Be curious: ask questions and seek feedback.
• Take initiative early and embrace responsibility.
• Build your network within and beyond your team, relationships accelerate learning and open opportunities.
