How would you describe the company culture at Valcon and the social aspects of the Graduate Program?

"At Valcon, one of the aspects I value the most is the sense of community. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and met colleagues that I can now call friends. Many colleagues are actively involved in various internal initiatives, including communities around shared interests, such as internal sustainability and organising social events.

For me the Graduate Programme offered a great opportunity to kick start my career in management consulting. Throughout the programme, graduates engage in three modules filled with activities designed to learn key consulting skills and build a robust toolkit.

In addition to case work and presentations, the programme offers social activities, like yoga classes and morning runs. These informal settings provide a great opportunity to strengthen relationships with fellow graduates and cultivate a genuine sense of community."
