Volvo Group Belgium

The Swedish Volvo Group is one of the leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment, engines, and drivetrains for recreational and commercial vessels, as well as industrial applications. The Ghent facility is the Volvo Group’s largest truck factory in the world. Volvo’s entire European range of heavy-duty trucks is produced and exported from there. Furthermore, the Volvo Trucks factory in Ghent has been fully CO2-neutral since 2007.

The Ghent site is also home to several logistics operations, including the group’s largest distribution center. In addition, it houses a number of European services such as roadside assistance and breakdown service for drivers (Volvo Action Service) and technical support for dealers (Technical Dealer Support).
