This immersive experience, taking place at our headquarters, is designed to give participants a real taste of what it’s like to work in Consulting at KPMG Luxembourg.
What is the event about?
This isn’t the usual recruitment process. Instead, participants will:
- Step inside our offices and explore our work environment firsthand
- Meet our people – from recent joiners to experienced professionals, including alumni of previous Recruitment Days
- Take part in engaging activities that showcase our collaborative culture
- Be interviewed for current job openings in Consulting
It’s a jam-packed program of learning, networking, discovery, and fun! It’s the perfect opportunity for them to take their first steps towards a professional career in Consulting.

Who is eligible?
This event is aimed at students who are interested in working in the financial sector in Luxembourg and who have just recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master’s degree in one of the following subjects or a related field: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Sustainability, Law, Accounting, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or Actuarial Science.
