For your new job as a family manager (m/f/d), you should bring your passion and the following:
- Educational training, e.g. as qualified childcare worker or experience in the recreational field for children and adolescents (au pair, boyscout leader, trainer at a sports club, etc.)
- Experience in team leadership
- Enthusiasm for working and interacting with children
- Good English-language skills are desirable
- Resilience, flexibility and willingness to embrace new challenges
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Flexibility and a willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months
