Job Description
Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: 12-24 months
Working hours: 20h/week; up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible
- Support strategic procurement initiatives and business development projects across Global Procurement Food, including FSD-related analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing) as #ONEMETRO
- Analyse RFQ inputs and manage samples and contracts
- Organize supplier meetings and ensure smooth communication
- Monitor KPIs, analyse business performance data and deliver accurate reporting and insights
Qualifications
- Enrolled in university studying Business Administration, Trade/Procurement, or similar
- Strong interest in food product development and understanding of HoReCa customer needs (#UnifyingThePowerofFood)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
