About the role
Join an award-winning program and build with mud, bamboo and stone. This is hands-on sustainable construction that combines traditional East African materials with energy-efficient design — plus renovation, reforestation and community infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Build with traditional, sustainable materials
- Renovate and maintain community infrastructure
- Design energy-efficient structures and plan projects
- Support reforestation and nursery management (Kilimanjaro)
- Handle documentation, monitoring, community engagement and social media
