Job description
- Support the verification and consolidation of quantities prior to ordering
- Place supplier orders and ensure proper follow-up
- Monitor deadlines and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure accurate receipt of goods (quantity, compliance, condition)
- Enter supplier invoices and organize associated quotations
- Track payments in coordination with the internal team
- Contribute to project budget monitoring and updates
Preferred experience
- Background in procurement, business administration, accounting, or supply chain (a plus)
- Comfortable with administrative order management: quotations, invoices, purchase orders, payment tracking
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of priorities and accuracy
- Comfortable using tracking tools (Excel / spreadsheets / Drive)
- Knowledge of construction, renovation, or design is appreciated
- Strong coordination skills and enjoys teamwork
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with daily operational challenges
- Comfortable working in a construction/field environment, with occasional on-site involvement
- Willingness to be hands-on when needed (receiving goods, checking deliveries, logistics coordination)
- Ability to switch between office-based work and field presence
- Occasional mobility required (some travel to Marseille)
