About the role
As a Logistic & Embellishment Assistant, you will join a dynamic supply team where your missions will revolve around planning, inventory management, packaging development, and supplier relations. This internship is based in Brussels in Belgium
Your responsibilities
- Support order and delivery operations, including order management, slot booking, transport coordination, stock monitoring, and returns
- Assist in coordinating daily logistics activities with warehouses, carriers, and supply planning teams to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries
- Contribute to service level monitoring through daily and weekly reporting and help identify discrepancies between internal and customer data
- Support the preparation of dashboards and performance indicators for internal teams and customers
- Assist the finance team with credit claims and root-cause analysis related to logistics issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting operational analyses (cost-to-serve, transport optimization...)
The experience we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, supply chain, or a similar field
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about New Product Introduction, manufacturing, or product innovation
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
