The role

We're building a team for our Belgian client, Percall Group.

Percall Group is a leading digital transformation and software company, more than 550 people across 9 countries, including Belgium, and a partner to major software editors like PTC, Siemens and Tulip. They're experts in the software that runs modern industry: PLM, CAD, manufacturing operations, IoT and data. They work with over a hundred customers, including major names in aerospace, defense, automotive and luxury goods, helping them digitalise everything from engineering to manufacturing. It's a serious, fast-growing company doing genuinely cutting-edge work, and you'd be representing them in the Belgian market. Learn more at percallgroup.com.

Your main job is to reach out to senior stakeholders at organisations in Belgium and book qualified discovery meetings for Percall. That means identifying the right companies and decision-makers, opening the conversation, and generating real opportunities, in both Flemish/Dutch and French, depending on the market.

You'll also work directly with the client. You'll have weekly meetings with Percall to communicate the opportunities you've sourced and to align on strategy and next steps. So you're not just doing outreach; you're managing a real client relationship and representing their business in the market.

It's a role with real ownership and responsibility early on, and you'll have coaching from people who have done the job.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Flemish/Dutch and French. This is essential and required for our work with Percall, which covers both the Flemish and French-speaking Belgian markets. The role is open only to candidates who speak both.
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to senior people
• A commercial mindset and the drive to take ownership
• Willingness to be based in Rotterdam
• Any sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but your attitude and languages matter most
• Other native languages (German, English, and others) are a strong advantage and open up more opportunities within DynamicWhale
