As part of the France HR Department and reporting to the Campus Management Team, you will work closely with Jessika, our Campus Manager, supporting both recruitment activities and student engagement initiatives across France and the Group.

Your Missions

Recruitment

Your main mission will be to manage the recruitment process from A to Z:

Gather internship and apprenticeship hiring needs across the business
Meet with managers to understand their requirements and define recruitment briefs
Publish job opportunities on social media, JobTeaser, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Source and screen candidates, conduct virtual and/or face-to-face interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process until the final hire

HR Administration

Prepare and manage student administrative files within our dedicated systems
Coordinate the onboarding process by ensuring badges and IT access are created on time
Guarantee a smooth welcome and integration experience in collaboration with managers and the HR team
Update and maintain reporting dashboards and tracking tools

University Relations & Employer Branding

Contribute to the strategy and deployment of Allianz Trade's Employer Brand:

Get involved in projects designed to strengthen our attractiveness and visibility among students
Participate in the creation of dedicated intern and apprentice campaigns (three campaigns per year), including visuals, videos, presentations, and communication materials
Organize and participate in engagement events such as onboarding days, offboarding days, and other community-building initiatives
Coordinate the participation of our Campus Ambassadors in university and career events

To succeed in this role, you will work closely with multiple business departments and interact with a wide range of external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

You are currently pursuing a degree at a Business School or University, specializing in Human Resources, and already have some first experience in recruitment
You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken
You are genuinely passionate about recruitment and employer branding topics
You are (very, very, very) organized
You are known for your strong interpersonal and writing skills, your commitment, attention to detail, curiosity, and your ability to bring ideas forward and make things happen
