Korelya Capital recently launched a new fund, Korelya Brands, to support premium lifestyle brands across key consumer verticals (beauty & personal care; health & wellness; food & beverage; hospitality and leisure; fashion & design) and technology enablers in their early growth journey.
Dealflow Execution:
- Support in the evaluation of investment opportunities including review of DD materials, Q&A sessions and financial modeling
- Assist in the preparation of investment materials to support investment recommendations (excel and powerpoint)
- Support on the documentation process
Thematic Research:
- Research market dynamics, emerging trends and innovative consumer brands in the Fashion, Beauty, Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage and Hospitality & Leisure to identify potential investment opportunities
- Mapping of opportunities across Korelya Brands categories and geographies
- Deep Dives into consumer-focused topics and contribute to research efforts
- Build valuable relationships and network within the consumer space
Fundraising:
- Support on identification of priority investors
- Support with preparation of fundraising materials
- Identification of potential partners & advisors for the fund
What Korelya Brands is looking for:
- Candidates must have prior experience 1 Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Demonstrated interested in the consumer sector, passion for brands
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills (demonstrated previous excel modelling in the past)
- Strong presentation skills (for IC materials in powerpoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with high levels of ethics and integrity
- Entrepreneurial mindset and highly independent
- Fluent in English and French
