Your Tasks

Monitor compliance with local regulatory requirements
Maintain abreast of international legislation, guidelines and customer practices
Provide technical review and approval of data (ie. artworks, product communication validation)
Maintain regulatory documentation database
Monitor market withdrawal of ingredients and follow companies guidelines locally
Support the Technical Director on cooperating with local authorities or organizations
To be the link providing required documentation to relevant stakeholders
Support on adverse reaction handling, ie. cosmetovigilance and pharmacovigilance processes
Processing quality complaints
Provide and support close communication with international Safety and RAO teams
Assist on revision and update of the pharmacovigilance manual, technical agreement, and other relevant documents
Support the training of employees on RAO/Quality/Safety topics
