Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Innovation & Data Analytics Specialist who will support the team in managing innovation activities within Group Compliance during the maternity leave period.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support innovation projects related to process redesign and development of tools for Group Compliance
  • Contribute to data analysis activities (Excel, dashboards, basic Power BI usage)
  • Support the monitoring and evolution of AI-driven initiatives (no technical development required)
  • Provide PMO support to ongoing projects (tracking, coordination, documentation)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback
  • Support the design and improvement of tools and processes for compliance activities at Group level
  • Prepare presentations and materials for internal reporting and management updates
  • Ensure continuity of key initiatives during the maternity leave period


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar
  • preferred 0-2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, innovation or project support roles
  • Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis concepts
  • Basic understanding of AI topics (no coding required)

  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Starting gross annual salary of 36.000 €.
