Dipli is the platform that simplifies the second life of tech products. We connect retailers, telecom operators, leasing companies and businesses to secondary markets, and handle every step of circular tech: trade-in and returns management, refurbishment, buying and omnichannel distribution.
Founded in 2016 by Reynold Simonnet and Tanguy Pennel, Dipli now serves more than 4,000 clients, is about to pass 1.5 million products given a second life, and is growing 50% a year with an international expansion underway. 45 people, EcoVadis Gold certified.
The team
You will join the Trade-in team, which runs Dipli's trade-in programs for major retail and telecom partners. You will report to a Trade-in Account Manager and work daily with the Operations, Sales, Finance and Tech teams.
Your missions
Data Visualization & Dashboard Management
- Create, maintain and improve internal and client-facing dashboards to monitor key business KPIs and performance.
- Design dashboards that combine data accuracy, consistency and performance.
- Participate in defining reporting content and building charts and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the user experience, readability and performance of existing dashboards.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly reports covering key business areas, including Operations, Customer Service and Finance.
- Analyze business and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Turn complex datasets into clear, concise and actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
Operational Monitoring & Problem Solving
- Monitor operational data to proactively identify anomalies, inconsistencies and potential issues.
- Investigate root causes and collaborate with the relevant teams to implement solutions.
- Help improve operational processes through data-driven insights and continuous monitoring.
Data Management & Automation
- Contribute to the development of new data flows and the integration of new data sources.
- Design and implement automated reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual tasks and improve data quality.

Preferred Experience
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
We are looking for a profile like yours!
- Advanced SQL skills: You are comfortable writing complex queries, manipulating large datasets and optimizing data extraction.
- Strong data visualization skills: You have advanced knowledge of at least one BI tool, such as Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Analytical mindset: You enjoy exploring data, solving problems and identifying meaningful insights.
- Ability to synthesize information: You can turn complex analyses into clear, structured and actionable conclusions.
- Strong visual and presentation skills: You have an eye for design, attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, impactful dashboards.
- Problem-solving attitude: You are proactive, curious and comfortable investigating issues and working with different teams to find solutions.
- Communication & teamwork: You can explain your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable communicating in both French and English, written and spoken.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses.
- Knowledge of Python or data automation tools.
- Previous experience working with operational or financial datasets.
