The LVMH Next Generation Engagement team is looking for a proactive and agile talent to contribute to a variety of strategic HR projects and international events dedicated to early-career talents across the LVMH Group.

Job Responsibilities
- LVMH Graduate Programs (SPRING):Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the SPRING programs and initiatives (including rotation 3 for Springers, Boost programs, and dedicated learning modules, from marketing to recruitment, integration, and development).
- Learning & Development:Support the creation of HR/L&D content and assist in animating our communities and committees (Graduates, Mentors, Managers, HRs).
- HR Projects & Events:Participate in the design and implementation of the 2027 roadmap and engaging Next Generation events (alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, hybrid training, hackathons).
- Operational Management & Back-office:Ensure project follow-up, reporting and KPI tracking, benchmark coordination, and the creation of high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
Profile & Key Competencies
- Education & Status:Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2). Priority given to Alternance starting in January 2027, though we are also open to internship profiles (starting July 2026).
- Experience:A successful first experience within a major corporation, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Languages:Bilingual English is mandatory due to our international environment; conversational French is required.
