What you'll do

Support a global Packaging Transparency transformation program
Engage with international suppliers to collect packaging data
Coordinate supplier communication and onboarding activities
Monitor project KPIs and data collection progress
Consolidate, validate and analyze packaging specification data
Support development of digital tools and reporting dashboards
Prepare communication material, trainings and project updates
Work with Procurement, Sustainability, Packaging Engineering and Digital teams
Help improve compliance readiness for future sustainability regulations
Gain hands-on experience in a global strategic procurement project

Strong communication skills (email, presentations, stakeholder follow-up)
Excellent Excel skills (data cleaning, tracking, reporting)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working with large datasets
Proactive and self-driven personality
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to interact professionally with suppliers worldwide
Digital mindset (Power BI, SharePoint, AI/Copilot, databases are a plus)
Interest in sustainability, procurement, packaging, or supply chain topics
