To learn, they need real footage filmed from the human point of view. That footage does not exist at scale yet, and it cannot be scraped from the internet. It has to be recorded by people like you, in real professional environments.That is your mission: capture your own work, from your own eyes, and turn it into training data.### **Your mission, concretely**1. Mount your phone on your head with a head strap, camera facing forward.2. Record yourself performing real hands-on tasks, in first person, **outside your home** (workplace, shop, workshop, kitchen, warehouse, garage, construction site, farm, hotel, salon, event venue).3. Keep **both of your hands visible in the frame** for the whole recording.4. Do the task for real, at your normal pace: no acting, no fake gestures, no repeating an action for the camera.5. The app is geo-restricted: recordings from other countries are rejected.- You are 18 or older.- You have access to real work environments where filming is allowed.- You own one of the **approved phones**:- **iPhone:** 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 series (all variants), iPhone 16 lineup (not 16e), iPhone 17 lineup (not 17e)- **Google Pixel:** 6, 7, 8, 9 (and Pro variants)- **Samsung Galaxy S:** S21, S22, S23, S24 (and +, Ultra variants)- No other phone can be used.- You have a head mount for your phone, or are willing to use one.### **Quality rules**Every session is scored on **quality**, **diversity** and **task adherence**. Review takes 24 to 48 hours.**Accepted:** hands in frame, clear forward-facing angle, steady head movement, good lighting, sharp image, natural unscripted work at real pace, varied tasks and environments across your sessions.**Rejected and not paid:** filming someone else · filming a screen or replaying old footage · third-person footage (phone not on your head) · meaningless actions (wiping an already clean counter, folding already folded clothes, sweeping with no dirt) · sitting still, barely moving, extremely slow gestures, black screen · repeating a behaviour already flagged after feedback.Good to know: a soft cap of **100 hours per contributor** applies. Once you reach it, you switch to a new environment before continuing. Sessions held for review and then cleared are paid normally.### **How to apply (takes ~5 minutes)**1.
