During this internship, you'll help thousands of colleagues make the most of learning opportunities, onboarding experiences, and community initiatives. You'll combine hands-on operational support with a meaningful research assignment focused on AI and process improvement. Together with the team, you'll explore how technology can reduce manual work, improve workflows, and make learning and community experiences even better. You'll be a valued member of the team from day one, with plenty of opportunities to contribute your own ideas, learn from experienced professionals, and make a real impact.
What will you do?
to-day work, you'll conduct a research project focused on how AI and process optimisation can help teams work smarter and more efficiently. Examples include: Supporting onboarding and training logistics, such as scheduling sessions and coordinating communications Creating engaging content for internal communication channels, newsletters, and community platforms Helping organise and facilitate events, workshops, and learning initiatives Collecting participant feedback and helping analyse insights Updating and improving internal documentation and knowledge resources Creating simple visual content such as banners, posters, or infographics Supporting shared inbox management and responding to common questions Researching how AI can simplify recurring processes and reduce manual work Translating research findings into practical recommendations and improvement ideas Helping test and document new ways of working
What do you bring?
We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and proactive student who enjoys combining communication, organisation, and innovation. You're excited by the idea of working in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to real projects while exploring how AI can help improve the way teams work. You're currently following a bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Creative Business, Multimedia Design, Business IT & Management, Organisational Studies, or a similar field You're available 4-5 days per week for at least 5 months (preferably 6 months) You communicate clearly and confidently in English You enjoy organising, coordinating, and bringing structure to projects You have an interest in communication, learning, employee engagement, or community building You're curious about AI, digital tools, and process improvement You take initiative and are comfortable working independently when needed You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and teams You're eager to learn, experiment, and share your ideas You have an official internship assignment and are required to complete a research project as part of your study program
Internship allowance
For a 40-hour per week internship, you'll receive an allowance of €550 per month.
