Job Description

For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for a junior professional to join the GC&C People & Organization team in Milan, with a focus on three key areas of our organizational culture: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. We offer a full-time fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in Human Resources within a dynamic, international environment that values people and culture.

Main responsibilities:

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
  • Support the implementation of the annual DE&I roadmap
  • Contribute to the organization of awareness campaigns, events, and thematic initiatives
  • Support data collection, KPI monitoring, and internal communication activities


Learning & Development
  • Support the analysis of training needs
  • Contribute to the coordination of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives
  • Liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders


Employee Engagement
  • Support the management of engagement surveys, including data analysis and preparation of summary materials
  • Contribute to the organization of initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee connection
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Management or related areas
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR roles (DE&I, Learning, Engagement, Talent/People Care), ideally gained in international environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about HR topics
  • Open to challenges, with a positive and collaborative mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
