We’re a fast-growing team of 43 talented individuals, driven by the ambition to reshape private investing.

Roundtable was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts:

We’re on a mission to build the next-generation investment platform, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us make it happen.

About the role

Our Product organisation is built around two squads:

  • SCALE: focusing on our core-product (SPV-as-Service)
  • BUILD: focusing on new product initiatives (new geographies, new product lines, …)

As part of the Product team, you will have the chance to work closely with the tech & design team, and with all the other departments (Legal, Ops, Sales, Marketing) depending on the projects.

You will have the opportunity to explore the scope of a product manager, with a big focus on new ways of working with AI and work on:

  • 1. Product discovery
  • Process customer feedbacks: answer to customer requests and link feedbacks to product initiatives
  • Conduct user research: gather qualitative (via interviews) and quantitative (via data analytics) insights during the iteration process.
  • Run competitor analysis: gather insights from benchmark analysis.
  • 2. Product delivery
  • Specifications / User stories: prepare projects and their specifications in Linear with the Tech & Design teams
  • Follow-up & QA: run final tests before launching in production
  • Automated tests: work hand-in-hand with our tech team to improve the coverage of our end-to-end tests
  • Internal processes: coordinate with our Legal & Operations teams to ensure new features are smoothly integrated to our back-office (Forest Admin)..
  • 3. Product onboarding
  • Support the onboarding and migration of the first customers for our new SaaS offering
  • Create internal and external product marketing resources to drive the adoption of newly launched features
