Mission:
As Test technician, you will be a member of the Customer Support & Service of Thales Belgium for Herstal site dealing with weapon systems and ammunition. You will serve both internal and external customers. You will deal with the realization of various customer support requests like training, technical assistance, investigations, repairs and firing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
As Test Technician, your main responsibilities will be:
- Services operational provision
- To support our internal and external customers by providing technical assistance and expertise.
- Operate tests in our premises and edit the related test reports (Environmental tests, firing).
- Workshop and on-site repairs
- User return of experience for continuous product improvement
- To provide training courses to our customers worldwide.
- To coordinate various stakeholders during firing campaigns abroad for Program and After Sales services.
- To support our internal and external customers by providing technical assistance and expertise.
- Customer support & after sales execution
- Execute complete service delivery processes from the Customer needs
- Make the interface between the customer and the internal stakeholder required to deliver services (engineering, production, quality, logistics).
Profile:
What makes you the perfect Test Technician?
- You are graduated in Electro-mechanical or Electronics engineering;
- You are hand-on, flexible, pragmatic and customer oriented
- You have knowledge in pyrotechnical products or you are eager to learn more about them
- You are comfortable with technical environment and are eager to practice.
- You are autonomous and rigorous
- You are able to work inside matrix teams and you are a real team-player;
- You speak both French and English (German is an asset)
- You are willing to travel abroad (on a frequent basis around the world)
