Europe Department oversees a perimeter that currently covers 50+ markets.
As part of the team, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager, collaborating with two major European retailers - one a pure digital player and the other an omnichannel retailer. This dual exposure offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full 360° commercial spectrum, from online strategy to in-store activation.
To support your work and provide valuable local insights, you will also engage directly with Guerlain's local General Managers and Commercial teams. Together, you will help foster strong partnerships, negotiate profitable trade agreements, and enhance brand visibility and performance across the region.
Les missions
Understand local specificities and embark/engage markets in retailer's strategy while helping them transition to a more centralized way of driving business.
Coordinate trade and e-trade plans for the accounts, distribution strategy, assortment & stock efficiency and promotion, partnering closely with the digital & marketing teams to ensure consistency in Guerlain Europe strategy.
Recommend trade plan alignment to make both retailers & brand strategies compatible
Prepare weekly, monthly and year-to-date retailers' sales reports. Analyze performances vs target and recommend optimizations. Monitor stock levels to ensure healthy stock holding and implement action plan if needed.
Share results, best practices and get qualitative insights from markets for more synergy and business acceleration
Through sharp written and verbal communication, day-to-day agility and efficiency in addressing requests; building trust relationships both with markets & retailers
Ease global launch plan alignment. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Merch and Finance teams, both with Europe Team but also at HQ and market level.

- Be the key point of contact for (e-)retailer's commercial teams, Guerlain Europe Teams & local markets.

- Support negotiation preparation and ensure commercial terms definition and proactive follow-up.

Votre profil
- Business school or equivalent (bac +4/5)
- Sensitivity to beauty and luxury industries. Previous experience as Key Account Assistant, or Category Manager assistant would be appreciated
- Know-how : Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, organized & result oriented. Solid computer skills (Word, Excel et PowerPoint). Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Soft skills : Agility, entrepreneurship spirit, high capacity to adapt to a multitask, dynamic and international environment, autonomy, leadership. Enthusiastic team player.
