Are you motivated by working closely with senior leadership and contributing to strategic initiatives in a global organisation? Join Demant’s Hearing Care business and play a key role in shaping our future direction while supporting the delivery strategy across more than 25 markets

About the role

Demant’s Hearing Care business area (B2C) is a leading global retailer in the hearing aid industry, driven by a strong ambition to “help more people hear better.” As we continue our growth journey, we are strengthening our focus on strategy execution across markets.
As a Strategy & Projects Student, you will support the team in driving strategic initiatives, conducting analyses, and developing global capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Audiology, and Technology.
You will join a highly skilled team with backgrounds in management consulting or similar, working with data-driven insights, strategy development, and project management.

Key responsibilities

Joining us your primary focus will be to:

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Providing general project planning support across strategic initiatives 
  • Supporting the development of project deliverables, such as analysis, capability blueprints and playbooks
  • Preparing executive presentations for board and senior management meetings
  • Tracking progress on strategic initiatives across global functions 
  • Executive support and ad hoc tasks supporting the strategy and projects team

Are you our new colleague?

For you to be successful in this role, we imagine you:

  • Are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Data or similar) and have 2–3 years left of your studies
  • Already have experience from another student job (a plus, not a must)

And you:

  • Like working with data, structure, and problem-solving
  • Are curious and eager to learn
  • Can work independently, but aren’t afraid to ask for help
  • Enjoy collaborating with others across teams and countries
  • Communicate clearly and make complex things simple
  • Bring a positive and proactive attitude

The position is hourly paid and we expect you to work  15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams. 

Please note: To be considered for this role, you need to be enrolled in a Danish University.
