Ta nouvelle mission

  • Welcome and engage first-time clients on-site, ensuring a high-quality boutique fitness experience
  • Follow up immediately after their first class to encourage membership sign-up, following a clear conversion process
  • Actively convert trials into memberships through structured sales conversations
  • Identify and implement improvements to the member conversion journey and on-site sales process
  • Contact and re-engage non-converting trial clients to encourage return visits and membership uptake
  • Track conversion performance and provide feedback to continuously optimize results

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French and feels comfortable engaging with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced boutique fitness environment. They are motivated by sales conversion, client experience and results. Flexibility is key, as the role requires availability during evenings and weekends.
