You'll oversee warehouse processes, identify bottlenecks before they become issues, and ensure our systems and workflows operate efficiently. Together with the Logistics Management and Maintenance teams, you'll make real-time decisions that help ensure thousands of customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control warehouse operations through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure a smooth material flow.
- Continuously oversee our automated systems and proactively respond to technical issues or process deviations.
- Analyze operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and initiate appropriate actions.
- Work closely with Logistics Management and the Maintenance team to resolve operational disruptions and bottlenecks quickly.
- Prioritize workflows to help achieve our service, quality, and performance targets.
- Track operational data and contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse processes through reporting and analysis.
About You:
- You remain calm under pressure and are able to make well-informed decisions in dynamic situations.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented way.
- You're interested in logistics processes and are eager to understand how a modern, automated warehouse operates.
- You have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- You have a good technical understanding and are comfortable learning new systems.
- You have good communication skills in both German and English.
- You're willing to work in shifts.
