What you will do
- Support our companies in The Netherlands, Brussels and Luxembourg with their day-to-day recruitment needs, hiring both experienced professionals and graduates
- Recruit candidates in Finance, IT and Digital Services
- Work with internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates
- Advise Hiring Managers on the candidate market in the BENELUX region and propose and implement sourcing solutions to attract the right candidates
- Conduct in-person or virtual interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Organise and attend career fairs and university events
- Take ownership of global recruitment projects and prepare ad hoc reports

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or another relevant field
- At least two years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably recruiting for Finance or IT/Technology roles
- Experience in headhunting or candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with commonly used tools such as MS Office, Trello, etc.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
