DESCRIPTION

An opportunity for a Modelling and Simulation Junior Software Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Modelling and Simulation Team for A330 MRTT and M&L C295.

The team is in charge of defining, producing, validating and supporting Systems simulation products for Airbus internal and external customers matching the required safety, quality and performance levels according to Airbus systems engineering processes and the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a software engineer capable to build simulator subsystem models in realtime with experience in Software development to complete those models. Be prepared to work in a highly motivated team, and work with actual simulators that we build and deliver for internal and external customers all over the world.

  • Education: Mathematics, Software engineer degree or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Entry level.
  • Languages: Advanced level in English.
  • Technical knowledge: programming in C, C++, Python, ADA, Linux, QT
  • Valuable / Desirable: Case tools, GIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SVN, CI/CD
