Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and ready to play a pivotal role in delivering complex data projects? We're looking for a Data Coordinator to join our growing Projects team - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the heart of cross-functional collaboration.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on GMP Rectification, Equalisation, and Implementation projects, partnering with experts across the business to ensure smooth delivery, high quality, and outstanding client outcomes.

This role is a hybrid position where you will work from our office in Lisbon, as well as from your home address (the position will be office-based for the first three months).

What you will be doing:

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate project activity across multiple workstreams and teams

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Support planning, including kick-off meetings, scheduling, and handovers

  • Track progress and flag risks, dependencies, and potential delays early

  • Ensure accurate budget tracking and time recording

  • Work closely with data, systems, and project teams to support delivery

  • Help manage bespoke client requirements and evolving project needs

What we are looking for:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams

  • Confident communicators with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong in Excel and general systems/tools (Word, project tracking)

  • Experienced in planning, prioritisation, and working under pressure

  • Analytical, with solid problem-solving capabilities

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of UK pensions, particularly GMP / DB schemes

  • Exposure to project coordination or project management environments

What can you expect:

  • A group committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which embraces and respects differences, because it recognizes that only a diverse and inclusive environment creates the conditions to be prepared for a constantly changing world

  • Benefit from the support of exceptional Learning and Development tools as well as training and peer mentoring

  • A flexible work environment as our company strongly values work-life balance.

  • Competitive salary

  • Meal Card

  • Complimentary coffee and fresh fruit in the office

  • A dynamic workplace and team, with fresh perspectives, innovative thinking and passion for success

  • Joining our team means being part of a vibrant community where collaboration thrives and there are opportunities to grow
