As an Intern - Technical support for Fire Safety products here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving overall customer interactions with our products and services. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the customer experience and Honeywell fire products adoption.

You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in contact with our team of tech support professionals and with our customers. This falls under our BA division who is a leading provider of fire alarm solutions in Czech republic.

In this role, you will impact the organization by assisting in the analysis of customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting initiatives that result in increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Support project designers and give tech support to installers.
Help to create competitive quotations for our external customers.
Provide technical support for product related quarries.
Assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications:

University student in Electronic, Electrical, Safety Engineering or related technical field).
Czech Technical University (ČVUT, CTU) would be the ideal
Internship of 12 months with possibility to be converted to a regular employee
Possibility to write a Bachelor's or Master's Thesis
Able to work 20 hours per week.
You have very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written), and C1-C2 level in Czech/Slovak language.
Fully IT literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
Based in Prague, hybrid model 50/50
