EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Talent Development Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to recruitment, candidate follow-up, and skills development. You will hold a versatile position combining recruitment, talent support, and training, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Development Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in recruiting, supporting, and developing our candidates’ skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Training plan: help identify needs and build the training plan.
  • Training organization: coordinate sessions, trainers, and materials.
  • Training evaluation: measure the impact of training and propose adjustments.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations precisely.
  • Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving working methods, ATS tools, and application tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in recruitment and supporting people.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
  • You have a strong interest in learning and skills development.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
