As a Trainee, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdańsk. Here, you won't find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 800 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. How you will make an impact
The European Transport Control Centre (ETCC) is responsible for aspects of transport management including, but not limited to load building, planning, optimisation, scheduling, execution, freight settlement, continual improvement and performance management. The ETCC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth function of Arla's intermediate transport network and thereby has a direct impact on Arla's ability to serve its customer.
We search for an individual who will support colleagues in the ETCC in daily rutines. Helping in transport planning, scheduling, coordination of loads for all modes of transportation, optimisation and freight settlement for multiple sites across the Arla network.
In this role, you will work closely with the ETCC team and have an opportunity to learn and develop in transport planner role.

- Help to produce loading and delivery schedules
- Support in planning and execution of vehicle loads
- Work utilising SAP TM
- Assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly reporting packs
- Verify and process invoices
- Track and report carrier performance on daily basis
- Adherence to Arla Foods' Health & Safety standards, policies and legislation,
- Support master data setup and maintenance
What will make you successful
- Studying on just finished your studies and want to work in transport (full time)
- Excitement for Logistics
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
- Positive, open-minded approach
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Motivated, positive attitude and service minded
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
