Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Strategy team within the Sourcing Plan, PMO & Market Intelligence unit for a maternity substitution.

The role is suited for a professional with 3-5 years of experience, who will play a key role in supporting reporting, performance monitoring and analytic activities, with a strong focus on Procurement KPIs (5S) and on the development of dashboards to monitor and communicate Procurement performance and results across the Group.

Main Tasks:
  • Support the collection, calculation and analysis of Procurement KPIs (5S)
  • Develop, maintain and update dashboards to provide clear insights into Procurement performance, efficiency and process optimization
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making processes
  • Assist in drafting institutional presentations for the Procurement department
  • Support PMO activities related to strategic initiatives undertaken by the unit


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Controlling, Performance Management or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and data-driven mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with dashboard and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau)
