What you'll be doing:
You'll be placed in one of our business areas across our enterprise, including, Aerospace, Defence, Group IT, Group Business Services, Submarines or Rolls-Royce Solutions UK. You could see for yourself how we negotiate contracts on a global level or provide support to one of our commercial teams. Or you might be involved in helping purchase the parts for a highly efficient jet engine, a building or IT system.
Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you'll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are.
