As assistant F&B manager you make sure that our restaurants and bars run smoothly and are responsible for the integration into the ROBINSON concept. You also ensure the cost effectiveness of the entire F&B area while taking the ROBINSON quality standards into account. The monitoring of purchasing and storage as well as the stockpiling of the products and materials are also part of your job as assistant F&B manager at one of our club resorts.

As an assistant F&B manager, you direct and support the employees in the F&B area together with the F&B manager. Together you make sure that each individual guest leaves the restaurant full, happy and satisfied or has a great evening with delicious cocktails at the bar. For your new job as an assistant F&B manager, you should bring your passion and the following:
- Training as a hotel specialist
- At least 2 years management experience or as a teamleader
- A creative and solution oriented mind-set
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Fluency in German and English, ideally local language skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months
