We are looking for a challenge-driven legal counsel as intern or apprentice to join our team in Boulogne-Billancourt!

What do we expect from you?

Providing legal support to our legal team on a variety of matters, such as:
Social and labour law
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) topics (Environment, Human Rights),
Corporate Governance,
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements:
Procurement Contracts,
Participation Agreements,
NDA
Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics:
GDPR,
Anti-Bribery …

What are our requirements?

Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach,
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French,
Scientific background is appreciated,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and positive attitude,
Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff,
