- Build the strategic direction of the Collectibles business, identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with key brands and industry collaborators.
- Drive the launch and execution of central initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across product, operations, marketing, and external partners.
- Accelerate adoption and performance of innovative programs, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Work alongside senior leaders to develop strategy updates, reasons, and communications for partners, ensuring consistent agreement across the organization.
- Contribute to future growth initiatives, from concept development through to rollout, building repeatable frameworks that deliver long-term business results.
- Leverage analytics and market insights to guide decision-making, track performance, and measure impact across central initiatives and partnership programs.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or in e-commerce with a strong focus on strategy, business development, or partnerships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to build strategy and drive execution.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, balancing multiple initiatives, partnerships, and collaborator groups effectively.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, crafting impactful narratives for executive, cross-functional, and external audiences.
- Brings a structured, problem-solving approach with a bias for action and tangible results.
- Is comfortable influencing senior collaborators and acting as a strategic thought partner across the organization.
- Is proficient in English (German a strong plus).
