We are looking for a Full Stack Developer - Global Monitoring & AIOps to join our team in the Global Command Center department.
About the Role:
You'll contribute to cutting-edge initiatives that drive operational excellence and innovation across our global infrastructure. You'll work on high-impact projects such as:
- Global Infrastructure Dashboards for observability and analytics
- Full Stack Development of local applications supporting mission-critical operations
- AIOps Integration leveraging AI/ML to enhance system intelligence and automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.js
- Build and optimize data pipelines and dashboards using VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Mastra AI LLM for intelligent automation and insights
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications and infrastructure tools
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Contribute to the evolution of our AIOps strategy and tooling
Requirements
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Backend: PHP (Laravel), REST APIs
- Databases: PostgreSQL, VictoriaMetrics
- Search & Monitoring: Elasticsearch, custom dashboards
- AI/ML: Mastra AI LLM, AIOps frameworks
- DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes a plus)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full stack development with PHP and React.js
- Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and metrics systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in AIOps
- Experience with time-series databases and search engines is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
